License Manager gives you full control of Pet processing.
There is not a better system on the market.

The Pet processing allows the user to maintain all pertinent information on the pet, including owner, gender, fixed, and vaccination (given and expire) dates, vaccination manufacturer, serial number, lot, and more.  Any additional data fields that you require will be added to the files.  Status fields in the Customer and Dog files allow the user to tell LM that “this Customer or Dog will not renew next year.”

Customer and Animal records can be created on the fly at time of License processing.  All data is visible on 1 window.

From this window, the user can update all pertinent data, including the Breed, Color, Gender, Fixed, Status, all Rabies information, and the Tag Number. 
Tag information can be assigned automatically or manually according to your needs.
Fees can be set automatically or manually.
Late fees can be waived, when necessary.

The user can update all fees.  LM will track all necessary fees for animals that are Fixed or Not, along with their ‘Retained’ fees and Late Fees.
Late fees are date sensitive, user-defined, and automatically monitored by the system.
LM will track multiple kinds of fees, too and report them.
LM supports fees and fee codings required by Munis / Taylor.

License Manager also tracks contact information for Veterinarians.
